5 Places you have to visit in Edinburgh for your Hen...

It's February 2022, restrictions have been lifted and it finally feels like life is getting back to some normality!


This January feels like a normal January in the wedding industry - packed full of bookings, people making exciting plans to look forward to over the course of the year and it's a dream to see...


You may have already booked your special day but if you haven't and you're still looking for some inspiration, check out the list below of 5 places you HAVE to visit in Edinburgh while you're here:


1. THE ALCHEMIST

With a drinks list a mile long and every one as exciting as the last, it's a must. Set in gorgeous gothic style surroundings, concoctions are created at your table so you can sit back and enjoy the show!


Word of warning...make sure you pack some painkillers and Irn Bru for the following day....


2. DISCO BRUNCH

If you love brunch but fancy adding some sparkle, disco brunch is for you!


Held in a city centre Edinburgh venue complete with personalised placecards, goodie bag and all the party music you could dream of...

3. BLACK IVY

Another one for your cocktail list...Black Ivy is a spectacular venue to visit.


Stunning decor inside & out and they make the most delicious passionfruit mojito's.


With an outdoor seating area, it's ideal for when the sun shines on that rare ocassion in Scotland and after your drinks, you can hang out for some delicious food inside.


4. LANE 7

If you like living on the bright side of life with tons of graffiti, Lane 7 is worth checking out for a fun day.


Located on the top level of St. James Quarter and easy to find - if you don't get distracted by the shops on the way up...


You can play bowling, do some karaoke and if you decide you're tired after all that competing, you can grab some food from the kitchen on site.


5. VIEWS OF THE CITY

No trip to Edinburgh would be complete without a walk up Calton Hill to take in the beautiful sights of Edinburgh.


Home of the Beltane Fire Festival in May and no doubt even some proposals...


If you need to clear the cobwebs away after all that hard partying, it's essential to take a trip up before you leave.


The view alone will be worth it and I promise you'll have some stunning photos of Edinburgh to take home with you.
